After deciding to purchase a Polaris Ace, I called various dealers in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Jody, my sales person, was the only salesman that didn't use high-pressure, pushy used-car salesman sales tactics. My wife and I were on vacation in Blairsville, GA when her Can Am Spyder started to stall while idling and difficult to shift. Her spyder has the paddle shifter and she was not able to shift into first gear because she had to keep the RPMs up otherwise it would stall. I told Jerry it would be my first time riding something with a motor. without missing a beat he took me to a white Yamaha 125B scooter. I asked him maybe 30 questions within 5 mins, and answered every single one in great detail.I never felt rushed in the time it took me to look around. they treated me like a friend not a customer, and that was proven when they sold me the scooter that normally would be $4000 for $2500. then I went to the accessories area to grab a helmet and jacket. they took me to some jackets I saw guys like Jason Briton stunt rider for ICON wear. they were knowledgeable about every aspect of every item they had. Well I am so excited !!! I bought a 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide Electra Classic kept it 5 months and was unhappy with the bike totally!!! Long story short I got a new 2009 raider and they got the Harley. I should have bought the raider instead of the Harley! I love it and the awesome power. Serviced my Seadoo which had been sunk. Did a nice job on getting thing back up. I've never started the Seadoo with the 1st button push when cold before. Repairs where reasonable and accurate. Time delay due to parts delivery but that happens. Thank you.

My daughter Abigail and I attempted to go for a ride on my 2005 Seado GTX limited and it would not run properly. I pulled the craft out of the water and brought it to the service department. The service department gave me a quick idea of the problem and said it might be a 2 week turn around depending on the problem. 1 day latter the service department called and said the craft was ready (WOW THATS GREAT SERVICE) I picked up my SeaDoo and put it in the water that night and it runs like a champ. I have purchased 5 Seadoo and a Dirt bike from GMS and I cant say enough how great they have been. THANK YOU. Tom Child
